WI-FI Security Advisor Blocking MS updates

Confirmed it on two W7 PC's, I receive an error code when searching for MS updates!! I switch WI-FI providers search goes through I switch back to my protected WI-FI and BD blocks it.

    Please open a case with our support team using bitsy@bitdefender.com to further investigate this issue.


    Please also provide them with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool located at C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017 under the name supporttool.exe


    The tool will save the logs on your desktop upon completion.
