TS 2017 and Facebook
I upgraded from TS 2016 to TS 2017 on this computer ( so far so good, not a fan of the new interface but it's functioning well ). Ever since the upgrade I noticed some swirling blue circles similar to the one that shows on the Widget when it's updating (only smaller) on all the main posts on Facebook. Is this part of the new Web Protection in TS 2017 ? Here's a screenshot:
