2017 Plus Blocks My Internet
I just installed Bit Denfender 2017 Plus on a 3rd computer as I have 3 licences and it has blocked my Internet access altogether, only SafePay works for browsing.
I have found posts about BD Firewall doing this, but I do not have Firewall in my subscription, so how come it is blocking my Internet?

Hello,
Please try to disable Bitdefender's modules to see if the product is truly the one blocking access.
Go to Bitdefender > Protection > View Modules > Anti-Virus and disable the 2 modules you see there.
Regardless of the results please contact our support at bitsy@bitdefender.com providing them with the logs from the Support Tool and also the results of you disabling the 2 modules.0
