5 of 5 devices active when i've only got 4.
I have tried to install Bitdefender 2017 from central on a new device but it says i have 5/5 devices registered. I have an open ticket created 18 hours ago which does not seem to have been addressed. 2016120621500002.
Forgive me for being blunt but i have searched these forums and a LOT of people are having the same issue as me and you happen to suggest / ask everytime wether or not they have searched the forums for a fix! There isn't one, i have searched and if there was one then i would have tried to fix the issue myself in the first instance. On a positive note this is my first product with you guys and it is 1000% better than the Dross i've had to put up with from Kaspersky for the last couple of years!
