Bitdefender account


I'm having difficulty loging into Bitdefender Central & My Bitdefender. Even though my email is known, the password is rejected. I've reset it 4 times now with no success. I'm getting the feeling the two sites actutally reflect differing accounts accessed with the same email. Can this be true ?

    Not quite, once a My Bitdefender account was migrated to Central they are two different entities and their passwords don't mix.


    I would advise contacting our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with the email used for the accounts.
