firewall settings total security 2017

What are the best settings to use for the firewall? I intermittently get windows 10 messages that my firewall might be blocking my connection. Driving me demented.

Best to have it set as Home/Office with the Stealth Mode OFF and Generic ON.
If you have any VPN or virtualized adapters ensure they are set as Trusted.0 -
