Bitdefender customer service ticket

Hi my ticket number is  2016121314370001 , I was just wondering if my email reply including the log has been received yet? It has been nearly a day since I send my reply. Thank you in advance.

    They have indeed received your logs.

    While waiting on a response you can try to disable the Bitdefender modules one by one to see if indeed Bitdefender is causing the freeze.
