Hello,
I applied for a refund request to the customer center.
I have made two requests but are still not being processed.
The ticket numbers I received were 2016121201080001, 2016121303520001.
I received an answer from Avangate about the refund progress.
But from Bitdefender, I received no reply other than the ticket number.
Please refund.
That way I can re-order the product.
