Suddenly I can't access at all to Steam.

Everything were fine till half hour ago, when I can't (any more) access to Steam, from the app or the browser itself.

I simply can't log-in (says "Steam has trouble to connect to Steam Servers") from the app, but I can't also see ANY page from Steam, even from forum, from discussions, nothing!

I've read that maybe my virus app (this one, Antivirus Plus 2017) may causing the problem and i need to add exclusions to the antivirus firewall. Fine... how?

In DB > Protection > View modules > click on Firewall text > Rules > and here look for steam.exe, steamservice.exe amd steamwebhelper.exe and set those to Allow in Permission column.
