Having reported this issue to the support and have a ticket for this since now more than 6 month :( and no solution given yet and solution at the sky.

I have this on various PC's using similar USB 3.0 host controllers.

The issue is:

1. Boot Win 10 & login

2. Waiting BD agent to show on tray

3. Open the Windows Explorer

4. Insert an external HD on USB 3 Intel eXtensible Controller

5. Refresh Windows Explorer... and long bar starts...

6. Finally Explorer hangs forever

7. Using task manager I cannot terminate the Explorer, just ctr-alt-del to shutdown fixes the hanging/blocking/freeze

Does other deals with this culprit/bug too??
