VPN User Authentication

I've been receiving pop-ups on my iPhone asking for a password. It eventually goes away. I don't recall this in the documentation for BOX. Screen capture not sent due to char string in field above 'Password'

    Hello, could you please try disabling Private Line for this iPhone and reenabling it. This should refresh the VPN settings on the devices. In order to do that please go to Devices in the BOX app >>> Family >>> tap on this specific iPhone >>> tap on Belongs to >>> toggle off Private Line, wait a minute, then reactivate it.
