Refund request after unintended auto-renewal


I have been following up over chat and multiple e-mails with bitdefender and avangate, for cancellation and refund.  No action from the bitdefender support or commercial team, except for the mail stating that they have been working on it.

Auto-renewal was unintended and it was done for 4 times more money, when there was lesser offer running for the latest release (Bitdefender 2017).

Bitdefender seems to be wantedly delaying things.  Still hoping for resolution and proper update with details from bitdefender.

Ticket number from the last chat today, #2017010705490003.  Ticket contains the order details.
