Please help!! Want to refund!!

Hi,

I purchased Antivirus 2017 using bitdefender online store.

However, the antivirus is not compatible with my Comodo firewall, so I want to refund and re-order the Internet Security to replace the bitdefender antivirus & Comodo firewall.

I made refund request to Bitdefender support (Ticket number: 2017011702580001) and Avangate, but can't get any reply:(

Can someone please help me to  refund?
