Bitdefender Asks For Their Processes to Acces Internet

I have my Total Security on paranoid because i love to control what has access to the internet. Bitdefender never asked before for their own processes to access internet. Since last week, all its processes ask for access to the internet. some examples are vsserv, updatesrv, downloader, seccenter, odscanui, bdwtxag and many more. Is this normal now? Why the recent change?
