Safepay can't start (obk.exe)

Hello.

Safepay can't start, it gives the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000142). Click OK to close the application"

I have tried to let BitDefender Internet Security repair itself, and then Safepay works ... but only until BitDefender run update for the first time, then Safepay is broken again. How to fix it for good?

I get the same thing; so you aren't alone.  Not only does the application fail to open, it exits with a black screen. I've tried the repair, and that doesn't work, period. The only way to get the screen back is to restart. (Win 10 Pro, version 1607, build 14393.693).

Either fix or tell us how to remove it, safely.
