Its not advisable to have more than one security solution on the same machine, as to avoid slowdowns and conflicts.
Please check if the Scan Process while showing 44%, at what file did it stop or does the number of scanned items increase?
It might just be a compressed file with lots of smaller ones inside that takes longer to scan, after it finishes the percentage will jump.0
