Speed and Agent Install

I have just recently upgraded my network speed to 150mb/150mb and immediately noticed that all of my computers where still getting my old speed of 50mb/50mb after a little troubleshooting I came to the conclusion that the VPN connection is what is slowing my network speed down. However, if I remove the device (VPN) from my network connections it keeps coming back.

The only way I could remove it was to uninstall the box agent manually. Now, on the 2 computers I did this too as a test I am now getting speeds of 150mb/150mb.

However, they are no longer protected by the box agent. I tried setting them up to get the box agent to download when going to a page but it never asked. I have no way to reinstall the box agent on either of these PC's.

That being the case even if I could it would once again slow my connection speed down to 50mb/50mb. I am running Windows 10 and when they upgraded my connection speed they installed a new router. My initial setup was done by Bitdefender because my network is very complex and they even had a bit of trouble getting it setup initially.

I have nearly 100 devices on my network. I attempted to call for support and I was told someone would call me back on Thursday but I never got the call. I guess I am stuck here. I need some help. Getting ready to throw in the towel and just go back to regular anti-virus/firewall software if this goes on much longer. I can not work like this. Either I get slow connection speed or I am unprotected. Neither one is acceptable to me.
