Blocked when trying to access server via UNC using OpenVPN

Hello

I have OpenVPN up and running fine, however if I try to access a server on my LAN via VPN, using file explorer and a UNC path (e.g. \\myserver\share) in Win10, I get a error code 0x80070035 ("The network path was not found").

Disabling the firewall altogether makes it work without issue.

How can I stop this blockage? I've looked at firewall rules but getting nowhere.

I have my network adapters set to Home/Office, Stealth off and generic in on. Just using an ethernet cable.

Looks as though I posted this before. I shall try trusted, if I don't post again please assume this was the solution.
