"UNEXPECTED ERROR" Bitdefender central error
Hello,
i cannot able to sign in using bitdefender central, in order to activate my bitdefender total security 2016(64 bit).
I tried every solution in this thread :
which includes uninstalling and reinstalling using proper methods, copying some files in to bitdefender folders in safe mode, but these steps didn't work for me.
i'm on a laptop using wifi , i cant go for a cable internet , so please send me the solution for wifi.
The error dialog and the results obtained for the command prompt commands ( ping nimbus.bitdefender.net and ping bd.bdnc.net) are attached below.
please let me know the solution for this problem ASAP,

Please follow the steps in the article below to upgrade to the 2017 version of the product ensuring you download the latest Agent and you have a stable internet connection.
