Windows Firewall does not work any longer


My problem with Bitdefender Total Security 2017 is that it prevents me to update or install programs at Windows Store. The OS that I am using is Windows 10 Pro 64 bits.


Microsoft says that Windows Firewall needs to be running in order for the Store to work correctly. I tried to restart the Windows Firewall but it does not. Actually, it starts and stops quite rapidly.


I would appreciate some help regarding this issue.

  • Can you provide a screenshot so I can help you further.


  • Bitdefender Total security has a built in firewall on it. try to disable the built in firewall on the device and try it again. you can easily access it through the window itself and look for firewall panel. default_happy.png
