Activity not updating


I just setup my box yesterday and it seemed to be working fine, but the app shows 375mb of traffic and no usage since 3pm yesterday. I've checked my devices and they are all using the Box IP as the gateway, and when I was outside of the house my mobile switched to the VPN without issue. Network traffic seems normal (still able to access everything and no slowdowns) but the app is still showing yesterday's small data usage.


Other parts of the app seem fine, new devices are picked up and I'm notified and I can still manage them, it's just the activity section that seems messed up. Any ideas?

    Hi, I recommend sending us an email at boxsupport@bitdefender.com and telling us the email address you used for the BOX installation. It would also help if you could tell us if you are using the Android or iOS app.
