Bitdefender 2017 - Freezes PC, keyboard, apps.

Bitdefender is Incompatible with Windows 10 according to the MS Program Compatibility Troubleshooter. (See attachment)

I find that Bitdefender is scanning in the background at odd times which tends to freeze my computer. This freezing last from a few seconds to up to 3 minutes. 

1. How do you disable Bitdefender 2017 from the Dashboard Panel?

2. How do you easily stop this random bitdefender scanning activity when you do not want it to scan?

Well to tell you honestly Bitdefender really eats a huge process regarding about antivirus security on the computer itself but I am kinda curious why your bitdefender 2017 is incompatible with your windows 10 computer are you on the windows 10 anniversary version right now (newest) ? I am using windows 10 but I am not getting any issues like that so far. 

 

If you want to disable bitdefender try this option by going to "view modules" from protection mode then select the settings gear beside antivirus and turn off on access scanning and active threat control."
