Identification problems of malware
I was running Bitdefender Total Security 2017 on my desktop and laptop - bs. A mail to oth win 10 pro. Since a couple of days Bitdefender founds malware / virus / problems in programs installed since ages. No messages from Bitdefender when it blocks access or deletes files. After intensive investigations I recognized Bitdefender causes the problemBitdefender support didn’t help. The feedback of a problem description in detail forced answers standardized only. No chance to solve the issue. It’s a mass to try to configure exceptions. Therefore I have deinstalled Bitdefender and went back to Malwarebytes and everything works smoothly.
