Basically was trying to install BD on a newly formatted computer that also originally had it on. And Yes, I am not using proxy nor VPN. About 2 hours have passed and this issue still persists. Not exactly fond of being on an unprotected major PC.


What do?

I eventually solved my problems by using VPN and such. But still it was concerning that, that happened.
