Update Stuck

Now two of my systems have been stuck in the middle of an update (the blue arrow goes round and round) for twenty minutes.  BDTS 2018 will not update on Win 7 or Win 10. The software is so buggy now it's almost unusable. I've got 347 days on my 5 licenses and that should be plenty of time to find a replacement. It's a shame because I've been a huge fan of Bitdefender for a long time but I'm going to have to find something more stable.
