False notification that Windos Updates disabled
I have just installed Defender antivirus 2018. I am getting a notification that Windows Update is disabled. When I go into Windows Services and right-click on Windows Updates I am notified that Windows Updates is running. Despite several restarts and updates, the problem is not going away. Any advice appreciated.
