Bitdefender BOX V2 used in Taiwan?

Dear Staff,


I bought a Bitdefender BOX V2 from Amazon. I try to follow the instructions on QIG and user manual,


but I found I can't access my AP, and also I can't seup my PPPoE account and password from ISP.


I also surfed on the internet attempt to  use an Etheenet cable to reach the Admin page by localhost.( I also can;t find the information about domain name or IP),


I m not sure whether it's because I m using the device outside the U.S.??


Could u giving some advice or suggestion?
