The latest build has only hotfixes and nothing major was changed/added.
Will update the changelog on the next release, note that will contain the hotfixes for 22.0.18.224 as well.

Also, why are we forced to restart our computers for updates where "nothing major [is] changed/added"?
I think 19.242 occurred on Feb 27th. I agree, Bleb, it would be nice to see that changelog. I think this update/reboot was more of a patch/update that required the reboot to fix these 2 issues?

A restart is required as some files can only be re-written when rebooting the computer. Even if the changes are minor, a product update will still require a reboot most of the time.
With the latest update, the drivers trufos.sys were updated, which required a system reboot.
