Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. I have no idea why your confirmation emails to Outlook Mail are being blocked, unless you have some other sort of spam blocker active on your computer.
My BDTS2018 Central Account is registered to my Outlook Mail account, and BD responds to my tickets via my Outlook Mail account. As well, I get their email advertisements.
Hopefully someone has an answer for you.

What type of email do you refer to exactly?
I've recently had to do a few tests with an outlook email address, and was receiving emails from Central.
Also, in case you are using an outlook client on your computer, I'd recommend checking on the webapp as well. You may have some setting preventing some emails from getting downloaded on the computer.0
