"Downloading Antivirus for Mac": I can not find it.

Question about Bitdefender Total Sequrity 2018: Installing and downloading in Windows was no problem at all. But after succesfully installing Bitdefender on my iMac 10.11.6 (El Capitan) I can not find the "Downloading Antivirus for Mac". On my iMac I only have the option to run the installation again and again. It is a circle without Downloading Antivirus for Mac. I have screenshots 1 through 4. Screenshot 3 does not come from my account. I have it  from the internet. Everytime I get screenshot 4 instead of 3. Can you please help me?

Hello!

After downloading the installation kit you should run it and follow the steps on screen. Afterward, the " Downloading Antivirus for Mac " window will pop-up.

Sorry, that is the whole problem: "Downloading Antivirus for Mac" does not pop-up. And nowhere I can find the file "Downloading Antivrius for Mac" after succesfully  installing Bitdefender. Can you please help me?

Thank you Sergiu,

I've done everything as instructed in the support/answer/1569: remove Bitdefender, Safe Mode startup and HD first-aid, disable Firewall and check DNS. 

Trying to re-install Bitdefender stopped again after the usual message.

I've tried to install by clicking on Bitdefender Installer in the Bitdefender folder, no error messages appear, but there it is stuck again.

Any ideas on how to proceed?
