THE RESTORE QUARANTINE COMMAND DON'T WORK IN TOTAL SECURITY 2018

HI

I installed bitdefender total security 2018 on my windows 10 pc and after system scan it deleted my outlook pst files , I exclude the pst location files and shutdown the bitdefender then go to the quarantine zone and select the pst file and click on restore buttom but after 3 second it appear on qurantine list and it repeated again and again and I can't access my pst files.

Please help me and tell me how can I restore my pst files and why restore command do't work correctly and why bitdefender quarantine my pst file in spite of it is in exclusion list.

    Hey Siyamak,

I suggest that you open Bitdefender 2018 > Click on the shield shaped icon in the top left of the interface > Click on the small cogwheel below "Antivirus" and disable the Bitdefender Shield "until the next reboot".

Then you can recover the file, restart your computer and run another scan.

When it shows you the scan result (with the pst file), hover the mouse cursor over the file path and look for more details in the detection. It should tell you the name of the attachment that's infected. Afterwards you can recover it again, and while the shield is off you can look up the attachment in Outlook (by entering the name of it in the search box) and manually remove it from the archive.
