Detecting BD Antivirus but not installed

I have Windows 7 64 and had BD Total Security 2017 previously and uninstalled it as well as used the BD 2017 removal tool. When I go to install BD Total Security 2019 the Application Compatibility Check detects BD Antivirus but its not showing as installed in Programs and Features. The BD Agent shows version 23.0.8.115. Is this left over from 2017 or is it 2019?

Please run the uninstall tool below to make sure there are no traces left from the 2017 version and then run the new install kit again:
