Cancel automatic renew
Options
I came to know that there is an automatic renew of subscrition and i want to cancel it. I've read the support page in my Bitfender Central and there are these instructions:
Select the My Subscriptions section in the sidebar.
Access My Payments.
Click the name of your Bitdefender product.
Click Manage your subscription renewal options.
Press STOP AUTO-RENEWAL.
The problem is that in My Subscription the section "My Payments" doesn't exist!
My subscription expired soon, i've contacted the support center (ticket 2019121304440001 and 201912130517000) and they answer to me that they have large number of requests and they take longer to respond . If i've an automatic renew active it can possible that it works and i can't do nothing to avoid it.
Any help?
