Box 2 Logs

Is it possible to look at logs from Box 2? I am occasionally having an issue with brief connectivity failures, and would like to view the logs to help see where the problem is.

  • I was told that the logs are for support personnel only. I'm keeping my eyes open for a different product that allows users some insight to what's going on.
