Unable to attach log file when attempting to ask a question



When I run Bitdefender I am informed that a large number of files/apps are password protected. How do I find out what these items are. I did try the support function but it wanted a log file. I found the logfile but it then set it had to be zipped. I zipped it but it then said it was too large!

Anyone have any ideas on how to either:

  1. send the logfile, or
  2. find out how to check Password Protected files

Please note that despite the guidance I am not prompted to input a password.
