Removing or changing password protection password

I have just started using Bitdefender. Love it and have gotten two of my friends to use it. But I am having trouble with all the passwords. I wrote them down as I set them up. One for the account, one for password protection, and one for a wallet. The account one works, The wallet works. But when I went to setup the Ramsonware feature it asked for the password. But of all things I must have written down the password protection wrong. When I read how to change or remove it, the instructions said I would have to reinstall the program. If I do, will I lose all my wallet and other settings????
