I have not received my activation code. How long does it take to receive the code?

The code can take up to 2-4 hours to arrive to your inbox, however, it is usually sent as soon as the purchase is confirmed. Sometimes, the email containing the activation code is redirected to the spam/junk folder, you should check there as well.
In case you still cannot locate your activation code, please contact us at bitsy@bitdefender.com.
I have not received my "activation code." And I want to get that on email.
