Selecting language other than English US causes bug

If English Australian is selected as the language, instead of English US, when "Support" is selected in the Bitdefender Central account, then the bottom-most category - "Ask the Community" displays as "MISSING KEY" and starting a chat causes all the options in the CHAT window to display as "MISSING KEY". Has anyone else encountered this?
