obkagent.exe refused to be stopped
Hi
I have an online exam in the coming days and the onvue application refuses to proceed if obkagent.exe is still running.
How can I stop this file temporarily till I finish the exam?
I tried to end it from task manager but to no avail.
Please help asap.

obkagent.exe is part of Bitdefender SafePay
Have you tried to temporarily disable bitdefender services and check if the issue is resolved.

If by chances this resolves your issue, I would still like to highlight the issue, by disabling the protection you will be making your PC prone to malware & ransomware.
If the issue still persists, I would advice you to renable all the bitdefender services and drop an email to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com and wait for the support staff to revert back.

I had a similar problem and it seems that when you Disable VPN bitdefender in Task manager during startup the OnVue player works fine.

Hi All,
I have the same problem. Tried to disable VPN and to end the task for obkagent.exe, and there is still an issue when I run the system test via the OnVue exam application.
Did anyone found the solution or uninstall Bitdefender is the only way to solve it?
