Reset PC now lost bitdefender apps

Had to reset my laptop to combat a network issue. Obviously all added apps and programs are gone. How do I reinstall Bitdefender on my PC? MSI GP73 Leopard 8RD. The account says my devices are still protected but I have lost the apps and control center.

    Reinstalling Bitdefender is simple. If you already have an active subscription, please do the following:

    1. Visit central.bitdefender.com
    2. Login using your bitdefender credentials
    3. Click on My devices on left pane
    4. Click on Install Protection
    5. Download and install the application
    6. You are all set.

    i reinstalled bitdefender no problem cannot get windows security to let it open

    I am having problem with installing BitDefender. A day ago, my bitdefender apps are all gone. I don't know why but I am sure that I did not do anything for it to corrupt or be gone. Then I uninstall it all from Control Panel, and when I try to reinstall it, the installer does not continue and it closes automatically.
