Hi I received your email offer of Bitdefender total Security for £19.99 Tax Included.
I then clicked on Renew from within my existing copy and it says £28 Tax Included.
I then clicked on Buy Now and it says £34.99, this was broken down to £29.16 which is more than £28 plus Taxes of £5.83, which were included in the £28.
So new customer £19.99 loyal customer £34.99.
I think you have made 2 mistakes here.
1. You can't charge tax twice
2. You can't expect existingcustomers to renew 57% more.
