renew without installing software again

I use internet security and as it was about to expire, i bought an activation code and activated it on Bitdefender Central.

In my dashboard a second version on Internet security appeared: the one about to expire and the new one which is active but not installed on any device. I wanted to renew my license, and I had hoped it would start when the old one ended. How can I use the new active subscription without installing the software again?
