Password Manager

This is obviously a strange request for most of you. I have been a Total Security User since 2012. Now, at 76 yr/o, I would like to properly use more of it's functions, but I'm afraid to try. I have never been computer savvy. My question today is:

How do I enable Password Manager without messing things up?

I have at least 10-15 passwords on my computer. I have Windows 10 on a two years old desktop machine...Dell XPS 8930
