Device connect to Box wifi but no internet
One of my devices, an Amazon Fire 8 tablet, can connect to the Box wifi but does not get internet.
I tried a hotspot with my phone and it had no issues with that network.
It also does not show in the device list in Bitdefender Central. Based on the last tablet update this would have started last April.
I have a mix of windows/mac/ios/android devices connected and they all work fine.
Any idea what could prevent the Fire 8 table to connect to internet on the Box wifi? Is there a place in Central I can check for any devices blocked?

Since, support related to bitdefender BOX is very limited on the forum, it is always advised to contact the bitdefender BOX support directly through https://www.bitdefender.com/box/support/
You can either fill up the online forum or have a direct chat with the bitdefender BOX support representative.
