Windows 10 starts with blank screen

Hi!

I was starting my laptop after skipping 1 day threats definition update (there used to like 3 to 5 update per day) and it went blank after Windows started. I logged in successfully but no Windows Interface or Background shown. I tried to restart explorer.exe but it cannot restart properly, need to run the file manually , but still doesn't fix the problem. Then I tried to start Windows in Safe Mode and first thing I do is uninstalling Bitdefender Total Security and it works.

I'm currently on a Bitdefender Trial and it's day 3 since I installed Bitdefender Total Security and it did this to me. If somebody can explain what is happening and how to prevent it from happening again, it will be very much appreciated.

Attach the required log and drop an email to bitdefender support at [email protected] regarding your issue & they will reply back asap.
