e-mail blocked

When I try to open e-mail I receive the following:

Bitdefender has blocked this page.Your connection to this website is not safe due to expired certificate and was blocked. Attackers might try to steal sensitive information from you, such as passwords or credit cards

How do I remove this to access the e-mail? The e-mail is a link from my internet provider which I believe is safe.
