cannot import .csv file into password manager

I am using Keeper password manager. I exported their .csv file but Bitdefenders Password manager says

so how does the PM want the csv file setup?

I am trying out Bitdefender but need the keeper PM to be imported into bitdefenders PM. Keeper can export to .csv or .json files. I have about 200 passwords I need to move over.

Any ideas on how to do this?
