Gibberish on bitdefender installation

so I got Bitdefender's free 90 day trial of total security, and when I ran the installer, it downloaded the needed files, and then - I saw this.

my PC's display language is English, so I was quite surprised when I saw this. I tried looking it up on google but I found nothing that can help me. I know it's probably nothing, but I just want to know what makes the problem happen.

Make sure when creating a bitdefender central account, the email used to create it is not already associated with any other bitdefender account or the trial may not work

Also, before installing bitdefender you will have to uninstall your kaspersky product.
