Gibberish on bitdefender installation

So I got Bitdefender's free 90 day trial of total security, and when I ran the installer, it downloaded the needed files, and then my PC's display language is English, so I was quite surprised when I saw this. I tried looking it up on google but I found nothing that can help me. I know it's probably nothing, but I just want to know what makes the problem happen.
