Network name

Hello everyone.

I am new to using Bitdefender (Total Protection with VPN). I have a question. Ever since I have used the software I have noticed, only on the device that i installed it on, a new network name 2. For example... my workstation is connected to Router 1 (2.4 ghz). I now see Router 1 2.....

I used my iphone to scan the available networks and I do not see it. Could the VPN create the new network name ? I looked on my router and I do not see any reference to it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
